M 293 ORGANIZACIJA ZNANJA 2005, LETN. 10, ZV. 4 vi. Brez odlašanja je treba razviti knjižnične sevise, ki bodo upoštevali nagnjenje netgeneracije do mobilnih komunikacij. Noben nov servis ne sme zapostaviti vizualizacije in multimedije, sicer pri netgeneraciji ne bo uspel. Uveljaviti je treba partnerski model. Poglo- biti se je treba v vprašanja relevantnosti ter obvladati in razširjati metode evalvacije informacijskih virov.
